Adds support for tracking downloads of distributions (amplicon, pathogenome, tiny, metagenome, shotgun). Based on the logs contained in the access-logs directory the numbers are: 'amplicon': 111199, 'pathogenome': 13524, 'tiny': 13219,'metagenome': 8014, 'shotgun': 6611. These numbers do not contain github CI runners which are automatically filtered out.
