[AI] Add transcript (history) to GenerativeModelSession

Added a Transcript type to hold session history in GenerativeModelSession. This first version only handles text and structured output responses, including thought summaries. Follow-up PRs will add support for function calling and Gemini-native tools, which will need custom segment types.
