This PR fixes invalid UUID values in the IBM Power HMC REST template.
Zabbix 6.x strictly validates UUID length during import. Several objects used
33‑character UUIDs, causing import failures. All UUIDs are now normalized to
the required 32‑character hexadecimal format.
No functional or logical changes were made to the template.
