Add Pages CMS guide stub

Add a new Pages CMS & Astro CMS guide stub.

This PR:

• adds the Pages CMS logo to public/logos/
• registers the logo in src/data/logos.ts
• adds a minimal English stub page at src/content/docs/en/guides/cms/pages-cms.mdx

This follows the documented process for adding a new third-party CMS page by starting with a minimal stub page linking to official resources.
