Feature as #44
This PR introduces a possible implementation for associating input quantities to calibration axes.
The association is currently implemented for
CHARACTERISTICentries. I have not implemented it forAXIS_PTS, since in the other A2L files I have available, axis associations are defined only at theCHARACTERISTIClevel and not insideAXIS_PTS.Please let me know if any adjustments or refinements are needed.
