Snackbars would not display because there was no root Scaffold, so this just wraps our app with one.

Snackbars would not display because there was no root Scaffold, so this just wraps our app with one.
You can test this by going to an app page with a website share link and clicking it. The "link copied" snackbar will error when trying to show it. Now, there should be no error and it should work as expected.
