Open user PRs on GitHub (BitBar plugin)

How to use

1. Copy open_github_prs.10m.rb into your BitBar folder
2. Create a GitHub auth token on https://github.com/settings/tokens
3. Add the new token to the plugin script (GITHUB_AUTH_TOKEN)
4. Add all users you want to watch to the array GITHUB_USERS
