Our Operations career has three bugs that this commit fixes: 1. Level 2 salary is higher than Level 3. 2. Salary.com no longer has `technical-support-analyst-i` and `technical-support-analyst-ii` roles, only `technical-support-analyst`. 3. When we started Salary Calc we were hiring actual tech support people on EBN, i.e. engineers or people looking to become one. Since then EBN support has shifted to customer support using the available internal tools, and also on other projects the role is closer to customer support than tech support.
