Add config to disable prefix matching

Hey @lmandrelli,

I have a use case where I explicitly don’t want prefix matching.
To achieve this, I added a flag to the lemma configuration that allows enabling or disabling prefix matching.
A cleaner approach might be to use regex or wildcard characters like *.
However, to keep changes to the codebase minimal, I opted for this simple flag.
