Why I did it supervisord has 1 sec delay at init. This PR partially addresses sonic-net#13765 Work item tracking Microsoft ADO (number only): How I did it On init make the polling non blocking in supervisord How to verify it Boot the image, check time between supervisord start and first process start. There should be no 1 sec delay.
