- Update generated java files created by cimgen
- Complete reengineering of Java class generation (generating real class members for all attributes, solving missing nodes reading TopologicalNodes in TopologicalIsland)
- Adapt unit tests
- Add more unit tests for reader and writer
- test020 to test inherited object links
- test021 to test handling links to not existing objects
