Update the code

The actual code cant be run on Python 3.10: dependencies are not compatible and some parts of the code has changed. This pull requests:

• leaves the dependencies free (should be changed in a next PR)
• Update yaml loading function passing a Loader
• Pass memtest=False to video/image loaders to avoid breaking on memory
• Add tiktok dataset example
• Include the link of a google drive traned weights, because git lfs is resulting in errors (as described in an opened issue)

Hi. Thanks so much for your work. you have my udmost respect.
I got quite desperate since the git lf has no quota left do download the checkpoints.
But is there a way to obtain the Tiktok Checkpoint by any chance? I can't find it in the checkpoints folder nor the google drive.
