Description

After a while it's time to release the 1.10 version of Piral. This is a great stepping stone bringing trusted publishing to Piral - embracing GitHub actions and mostly removing Azure Pipelines (we still use it for the documentation / homepage etc.).

Remarks

A couple of fixes and enhancements especially for Blazor and v3 pilets.
