Major changes are the clan mons and katana rules

• Kensai: should be able to pick a Clan mon
• Yamabushi: missing Magical Attacks special rule
• Shinobi: should be able to pick a Clan mon
• Ashigaru Spearman: should be able to pick a Clan mon
• Sumo Warriors: should be able to pick a Clan mon
• Onna Bushi: missing Stubborn special rule

I have only checked until onna bushi. wil check the rest later

When checking clans, best to select Tokudaira Ieyasu (special lord) to enable all of them at once

Ashigaru Spearman: should be able to pick a Clan mon

• they can take the odari clan. all others have no effect on them or are forbidden.

Sumo Warriors: should be able to pick a Clan mon

• can take the dawte clan. all others have no effect on them or are forbidden.

• Kabuki Dolls: missing profile
• Oni: Great Weapons should cost 9 pts
• Cannon: change name of Profile to Cannon (not great Cannon)
• Takudaira Ieyasu: typo in Armour of Iron resolve
• Samurai Warriors: when upgrading to Great Guard on foot (from Takudaira Ieyasu) Equipement points are still counted towards core instead of special
• Odari Nobuhide: missing the Daimyo of the odari Clan special rule (the logic is there, but the rule is not listed)
• Sanada Naomasa: should not be able to pick barding (I guess xD)
• Ona Bushi: when taking as Core (from Hitomi Gozen) their points are counted towards both, core and special
• Warrior Monks: should only be core if Uesigo Norimasa is the general
• Warrior Monks: when taken as core (from Uesigo Norimasa) their points count as both core and special

Warrior Monk Cavalry should get the same changes as Warrior monks (only core if Usegio is actually the general and points should not be counted towards special anymorer), or possibly, they should not be core at all, not sure...
Either way they need changing :D

And since you are on it anyways:
there is a typo in the Mon of the Takai Clan description (whitespace in re-roll)
