docs: remove recurring payments feature mentions

Description

Removes all mentions of the "Recurring payments" feature from the documentation as requested.

Changes made:

• Deleted appkit/payments/subscriptions.mdx - the dedicated page for Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
• Removed "Recurring Payments" use case from Smart Sessions documentation
• Removed "Subscriptions & Recurring Payments" from the Payments overview page
• Removed "Automated Transactions" bullet point entirely from Smart Accounts docs (both main file and shared snippet)

Verification:

• Confirmed no navigation entries in docs.json pointed to the deleted subscriptions page
• Confirmed no internal links reference the deleted page
• Ran grep to verify no remaining "recurring" mentions in the docs

Updates since last revision

Per reviewer feedback, the "Automated Transactions" bullet point was removed entirely from Smart Accounts documentation rather than being reworded. This change was applied to both appkit/features/smart-accounts.mdx and snippets/appkit/shared/smart-accounts.mdx for consistency.

Tests

• - Ran the changes locally with Mintlify and confirmed that the changes appear as expected.
• - Ran a grammar check on the updated/created content using ChatGPT.
