- Parse tx-level "additionalfee" when EventMsgFees is missing so tx_fee total matches actual charged amount (flat fees / fee-grant flows).
- Add backfill_additionalfee_fees(from_height, to_height) to backfill missing MSG_BASED_FEE from tx_v2.tx_response.events.
