Add Files (Nautilus) entry above Terminal in the custom command menu, so users can access the file manager even if the dock is disabled.

This pull request adds a "Files" entry (launching nautilus) to the custom command menu at position 8. To accommodate this addition, the existing entries for Terminal, Help, Documentation, and Ask Bluefin have been shifted down, and the command-order list has been updated to include the new twelfth entry.
