Quickstart materials for phenopype

This is the quickstart-vignette for phenopype: A phenotyping pipeline for Python, which reproduces the exemplary workflow shown in Figure 2 of (Lürig 2021):

Procedure

1. Install phenopype: pip install phenopype

2. Download this repository.

3. Use the script quickstart.py to outline the bony armour plates of the stickleback specimen, either using the low-throughput or high-throughput routines.

4. Check the tutorials and the phenopype gallery to learn how to construct effective image analysis workflows for your study system in phenopype.
