增加 github 支持。 （gitlab 是否影响 需要帮忙测测）。强烈建议出一个本地版，不要依赖 gitlab/github/gitee, 因为网络环境如果差的话，会非常耗时。 （gitlab 构建一次 10 分钟以上）
