Migrated SlideOver (Headless UI) → Sheet (react-aria) across 16 consumers; rewired Form to use DismissGuardContext + ModalConfirm instead of SlideOverContext; stripped display/slide-over.tsx down to just SlideOverTitle; fixed exit-animation bugs caused by conditional rendering; consolidated onCancel/onClose in Form. Recovered files lost in a rebase. Added Aria Overlay Open State rule to component-patterns.md.
