Improved recruiter statistcs with this specification: - queued jobs => jobs to be performed (with scheduled_at greater than 24hours ago and less or equal to now) - postponed jobs => jobs scheduled in the future (with scheduled_at greater than now) - zombie jobs => jobs that are in `scheduled` collections but do not fall in the `queued jobs` or in the `postponed jobs`
