This PR belongs to a series of PRs that will enhance the user migration to include all settings.

Included changes in this PR:

  • Remove all existing mail accounts before import
  • Allow export of mail accounts
  • Allow import of mail accounts and associate the previously imported, applicable S/MIME certificates

Unit tests for these changes will be delivered in a separate PR as including those here would make reviewing the changes a bit hard in my opinion.

Please ignore the failed CI run regarding the unconventional commit message. That happens as I tag another feature branch for better overview here. Additional changes that are being requested in previous PRs are included later on here as well.
