@mikaelkristiansson i am interested by your change for another tauri project. in your linux distribution does the main window show on left tray icon click?
For me on PopOS (ubuntu) if i do left click or right click i only see a menu with a "quit" entry.
Also did you install libayatana-appindicator3-1 on your distrib?

I have not found a good solution yet for this. This fix only allows it to open on right click, but that is still a bit buggy and I cant test this on linux though since I dont have access to any. I read about the libayatana-appindicator3-1 but I havent tried it. If you have any success please share! 🙏
