o.horizontalScroll : that mean scroll has horizontal.
e.deltaX !== -0 : that mean mousewheel has not Y roll.

hi @malihu , I upgrade malihu-custom-scrollbar-plugin from 2.x to 3.x, I see touchpad dir behavior in horizontalScroll is total different, I think same behavior is right.
