This PR drops the dependency on
gecko-sdk-cmakeand allows us to build the repo with either the silicon labsgecko_sdkor the more modernsimplicity_sdkusing the SLC-CLI.It also ports the code to use libjoybus and libwavebird as external libraries.
I've also simplified the main README and added links to vendors selling pre-assembled WavePhoenix receivers.
