- 主题色从蓝色 (#37a0ff) 更换为品牌青色 (#33cdcd)，同步更新 light/dark 调色板
- 侧边栏选中项背景改为 brand-color 12% 透明度
- 侧边栏默认全部展开，切换为动态生成（genMarkdowDocs）取代硬编码配置
- gen.ts 新增 dirOrder 参数控制目录排序，移除 category.json 文件
- 各 md 文件添加 sidebar_position frontmatter 保持原始页面排序
- 过滤 index.md 避免出现在侧边栏列表中
