f_mixin_cdesc_pass -> f_mixin_cdesc_pass_to_cwrapper
c_mixin_cdesc_char_fill_cvar -> c_mxin_cdesc_fill_char
c_mixin_capsule_fill_native -> c_mixin_capsule_fill_arg
Similar to other c_mixin_capsule_fill groups.
Replace with mixings f_mixin_dummy_arg f_mixin_declare_arg-as-cptr
