Add LFMM_WU_CTR as owner LFMM W1 sector
Remove LFML_APP from owners of LFMM MO1.2 and ML1.2 sectors
Update LFLL TMA and SIV
Update LFPG EGA (including rename PGE to PGDS)
Update frequencies:
- LFSB_APP, LFSB_C_APP and LFST_APP
- LFLL_DEP
- LFAQ_TWR
