A few more tests that existed in the C++ version.
There are now four unit tests remaining that we had in C++ but don’t exist in the Rust version, yet. They test writing of SAM files and are somewhat redundant with the whole-program tests in
tests/run.sh, so I’m not worried about missing test coverage.
