@krolaw any chance of merging this pull request and creating a new release? I'd like to use dhcp4r in a project for testing an IoT device. Therefore, my DHCP messages should be limited to the IoT device's network |

Adds a new function
serve_in_subnet, which will limit broadcasts to the specified subnet.This effectively allows serving DHCP only to a specific interface, if its ip and subnet are set up accordingly.
