This PR Implements browser back/forward cache (bfcache) metrics tracking to measure page restoration performance

Adds browser back/forward cache (bfcache) lifecycle events to zoid, enabling parent windows to receive notifications when child iframes enter and exit the browser's bfcache. This supports cross-domain metric logging via post-robot messaging.
