This PR adds an Execute (▶️ ) button to the Flows overview table.
Clicking Execute opens the existing FlowRun modal, allowing the user to run a flow without leaving the Flows page.
Behavior matches the issue request:
Only Flows.vue was updated. No other files were changed.
