Release notes IMAS-ParaView 2.3.0

This release introduces new ParaView readers and introduces a converter to convert VTK files to GGD grids.

Changes since version 2.2.0

• 3 new ParaView reader plugins
  • Geometry Reader (Axisymmetric) - for visualizing axisymmetric geometries, such as coils and loops from the pf_active and pf_passive IDSs
  • Non-Axisymmetric Coils Reader - for visualizing conductor structures from the coils_non_axisymmetric IDS
  • Scalar Time Trace Reader - for visualizing time-dependent scalar data in any IDS
• Introduction of the vtk2ggd CLI command, which can be used to convert VTK structure to a GGD grid in an IDS
• Fixed issue when trying to read an empty GGD grid. (Fix error when loading empty GGD grid #48)
• Other minor improvements
