- Add Python 3.13 support to CI matrix and classifiers
- Update Makefile to use uv sync instead of pip install from requirements
- Update CONTRIBUTING.md with revised installation instructions
- Add new model architectures: Cohere2, DeepseekV3, Llama4, Qwen3, Qwen3Moe
- Bump version to 0.7.0

Run ruff format to fix code style issues.
