Move fast generators to ubuntu-latest to reduce contention on Seed runners: - pydantic-seed-update (avg 239s) - openapi-seed-update (avg 228s) - postman-seed-update (avg 271s) - rust-model-seed-update (avg 289s) - fastapi-seed-update (avg 310s) Keep slow generators on Seed runner for better performance: - java-sdk (avg 473s) - ruby-model (avg 426s) - python-sdk (avg 377s) - java-spring (avg 377s) - and others Co-Authored-By: David Konigsberg <davidakonigsberg@gmail.com>
