These changes should fix deployment of the image into an OpenShift environment (OpenShift uses a randomly generated User Id for the user that's running within a container).
It also contains some reorganization of Dockerfile so that whenever there are changes just on
start.shthe build is faster. Also some fixes regarding the WORKDIR and HOME directory (/opt/emqttd) so that it's consistent everywhere.
