1、优化公式错误时，输出所在sheet、坐标、及公式内容
2、设置保护区域后，当光标移动至在不允许输入区域内，禁止工具栏操作（合并单元格、边框、字体等等）
3、新增一些常用api

1、不允许编辑时可以插入链接
2、fix: 空值报错
