profile: Support deletion via Trash folder#119

- Added `mail_inbox_trash_percentage` setting to `profile_user`. - Ensure "Trash" mailbox is created if the setting is used. - Implement probabilistic move to Trash instead of hard delete. - Preserve hard delete for draft cleanup and move fallbacks.
