chore: replace Angular logo with new official logo

Proposed changes

This pull request updates the Angular logo used in the Angular showcase icon (the phone illustration) to the new official Angular logo, as requested in #4829.

• Removed the old Angular shield logo from docs/.../angular-showcase.svg.
• Inserted the new Angular “A” logo from the official Angular press kit.
• Kept the surrounding phone frame and overall layout unchanged.
