P2 Badge Remove incorrect Community feature restrictions

This line states that CVAT Community lacks built-in analytics and quality-control workflows, but the repository’s own Community docs describe both as available in self-hosted Community deployments (e.g., site/content/en/docs/administration/community/advanced/analytics.md says analytics are enabled by default, and site/content/en/docs/qa-analytics/quality-control.md documents quality-control setup). Publishing this in the top-level README can mislead users evaluating editions and cause them to skip capabilities that are actually included.
