fix:更改用户密码的相关加密方式，由md5改为bcrypt，考虑已有用户密码的更新问题，添加判断逻辑如密文为md5格式，则使用md5，否则使用bcrypt，如更新可发布消息提醒用户更改密码来把已有的md5密码更换为bcrypt
