MPL2の全文が収められたファイルをリポジトリーに含めるのが望ましいので、そのようにして頂いてよいでしょうか？
- LICENSEをGPL3.txtにリネーム
- 最上位ディレクトリーにLICENSESディレクトリーを追加してその中にMPL2.txtとGPL3.txtを移動
- 最上位ディレクトリーにCOPYINGを追加し、その中には「全体はGPL3、一部はMPL2」ということを記載する
という感じにすると過不足がなくなると思います。

RepostConfirmationCancelerは今回新規に追加したモジュールであるため、MPL2ライセンスを適用する。
それ以外の部分はGPL3ライセンスなので、現状のまま。
