Add Nova Journals Harvard Style

This pull request adds a new CSL style: "Nova Journals Harvard Style".

The style is intended for use by the following journals:

• Notulae Scientia Biologicae
• Nova Geodesia
• Notulae Botanicae Horti Agrobotanici Cluj-Napoca

It follows a Harvard author-date format adapted to the journals' requirements, including:

• author-date in-text citations
• volume(issue): pages format
• DOI formatting without trailing punctuation
• support for book chapters and online sources

The style has been tested in Zotero and is fully functional.
