Add comprehensive link checking for all URL types

Implements automated validation of all URLs in the repository: GitHub profiles, repositories, internal links, and external resources across documentation, blog posts, data files, and README.

Changes

Extended markdown link checking

• Added blog/ and README.md to existing docs/ workflow
• PR workflow now triggers on changes to docs/, blog/, or README.md
• Weekly scheduled checks cover all markdown content

New data file link validation

• Created scripts/check-data-links.js to check URLs in JSON/JS data files
• Validates links in users.json and all adapter/middleware/dispatcher/watcher data
• Includes retry logic, configurable ignore patterns, and security controls
• Available locally via yarn check:links

docs/**/*.{md,mdx}           → markdown-link-check (existing + enhanced)
blog/**/*.md                 → markdown-link-check (new)
README.md                    → markdown-link-check (new)
static/data/*.json           → custom Node.js script (new)
src/tableData/**/*.js        → custom Node.js script (new)

Security

• Added explicit permissions: contents: read to all workflows
• URL validation rejects non-http(s) protocols
