Fix markdown linting issues in BBGlab_new_protocol.md

Resolved all markdownlint violations in docs/BBGProtocols/BBGlab_new_protocol.md following review feedback.

Changes

• Line length (MD013): Split lines exceeding 120 characters across multiple lines
• Link text (MD059): Replaced generic "here" with descriptive link text ("cluster structure organization", "BBG Datasets"); moved long Google Sheets URL to reference-style link
• Formatting (MD012, MD009): Removed multiple consecutive blank lines and trailing spaces
• Typo: Corrected "instrucions" → "instructions"

All changes preserve existing content and functionality while ensuring markdown compliance.
