* Updated @asteasolutions/epub-reader to version 1.0.2 which now supports toc and cover images for version 2 EPubs * Added better handling for unmounting the epub component before it was initialized (priamrily useful during local development with `StrictMode`) * Added a script that launches the db, redis and vault containers all at once
