This adds the first accelerometers to WipperSnapper v2.
Also adds the boolean sensor type, and updates platformIO config to use arduino-esp32 BSP 3.3.3 (IDF 5.5.1+) inline with main.
Additionally fixes the LogJsonDoc for SD card to clear old doc properties between event types, and prints halt reason indefinitely.
