Update GO

1. Download the file go.rst to your local machine from the following repository: https://github.com/ZaPF/Geschaeftsordnung_ZaPF

2. Install pandoc on your local machine.

3. Run the command pandoc go.rst -o go.md which converts the file to the Markdown format.

4. Replace go.md under content/zapf/ in the repository with the new file from pandoc.
