This window has two main purposes:

Select X-Axis Quantity: Here it is possible to select the X-Axis quantity for all charts to be either distance, or lap time.
Selecting Desired Graph: Here it is possible to enable/disable individual graphs. Changing their order, or moving them between the two panels. These operations are done by drag & dropping the Graph Names.

All these changes are preserved when application is closed.
