…ervers Allow users to point any embedding provider at a custom endpoint (Infinity, text-embeddings-inference, vLLM) via `embedding.baseUrl` in cocosearch.yaml or COCOSEARCH_EMBEDDING_BASE_URL env var. For remote providers with baseUrl set, the API key requirement is relaxed since local servers typically don't need one. For the ollama provider, baseUrl overrides COCOSEARCH_OLLAMA_URL.
